1. Can I pay by cash?

We currently do not accept order(s) by cash except in person, because of how unsecure it is to send cash through mail. Our payments are done by Bank Transfer/Deposit, Local Collection or via PayPal, Stripe or Direct Debit, which both offer ways to use debit/credit cards, automatic bank drafts, and e-checks. These methods are a safer way to pay for both parties and your account information is never shared with us through these websites.

 

2. I haven't received my order yet, where is it?

Your order may be either on its way or being held at the post office. All order comes with a tracking number that lets you see your order every step of the way from departure to delivery at your address. A tracking number will be sent to you via the e-mail address you provided. You can track your order via the postage providers website . If there is still an issue, please contact your local post office.

 

3. I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Sure! We allow returns and exchanges for store credit or another item. Just follow the instructions on our Returns Policy page or just login to My Account/Orders to get started with the return process.

 

4. How can I get in on store specials and coupons?

You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive valuable coupons to your e-mail address. Just sign up by entering your details at the bottom of every page on our website. Also, like us on Facebook or Twitter to get updates on the latest products, free gifts, coupons and offers. Be sure to check on the coupon/promo/offers link on the website for the latest coupon updates.
