We are proud to offer no administration, packaging or profit charges in relation to postage of goods.
We aim to dispatch any item ordered or placed through the store the next working day or within 1 working day depending on the method of postage chosen and cleared funds before 1pm for next day delivery (UK time) or 48 hours from the purchased date.
Please note that all products are subject to cleared funds and the availability of any product. We tend to update our stock level on a daily basis. However if any of your ordered item(s) is or are out of stock, we'll notify you by email / text or contact you directly through the telephone or mobile number you supplied on your account, as to give you the option of getting a full refund or ordering a different item.
We do not dispatch orders Overseas, to PO Boxes, and in some cases to the Highlands and Islands under any circumstances. Please contact us first before placing your order and we'll try our best to help you resolve issues regarding the delivery.
