Free Returns

We offer our registered customers a free return valid for 28 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is unopened, sealed and with all tags as the item was received. Any opened or used item may be excluded from a free return label.

We’ll either refund the cash onto the original payment method or offer you an exchange or store credit to your account with us. Just to note PayPal refunds can take up to 28 days.

Please note that while the Products remain in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition. In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully reimbursed apart from shipping costs for the return of merchandise.

This is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason.

We recognize no right of withdrawal for Products that you have asked us to customise (for example with bespoke colors, materials, monograms) through our Customs functionality.

Customs. Products can be returned in case they are faulty.

You just need these 3 things when returning your order:

  • Your proof of purchase or your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) included in the returned package.
  • The item should be unused, in its original packaging and condition.
  • Any free items that came with your product must be unused and in a re-sellable condition

Return your item to us using the return address on your RMA or an address provided to you by a Customer Service Team and we’ll also reverse the Loyalty Reward Points earned for this order. The relevant amount value will be charged to your account in the event the points earned on a returned item had been redeemed against another item. The remainder, where applicable, will be refunded via the original payment method, such as bank transfer or payment by card.

If you purchase an item online and return it, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund to you if the item or the packaging has been handled excessively to assess the goods (ie. more than you would if you were buying it in a shop).

During the returns process, we might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was actually supplied by us.

Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights
